30ml Argan Oil
So what is this Argan Oil everyone is talking about?
Before skincare routines and makeup came around, Moroccan women were already far ahead of their game. They are well-known for their thick, shiny hair, radiant olive complexion and long-lasting youthful looks.
Just about in the late 90s, the world decided to look into the Moroccan's way of life - their diet and their beauty regime.
Surprise! The modern world discovered Argan Oil! Argan Oil have long been used in the Moroccan tradition both in culinary and cosmetics. The discovery of Argan Oil has led it to become the most sought-after natural oil. Believe it or not, the Argan Tree grows only in Morocco! There are no other places on earth that has a better climate other than Morocco to grow and harvest the Argan nuts.
Argan Oil has the highest and purest content of Vitamin E, comprising of 80% essential fatty acids which are important in repairing the skin and keeping it hydrated. This multipurpose oil packs a punch! It is powerful and potent when it is being extracted by hand and applied in its natural form. Did you know that it takes up to 2 days of work to gather and press 30 kilograms of Argan nuts to produce 1 litre of oil! That's serious hard work!
Whether acne, eczema, oily or dry skin, blemishes or wrinkles, Argan Oil has the ability to bring the skin back into balance over a short period of time. It also has the ability to nurture hair growth, treats dandruff and other scalp problems. We strongly encourage men to use this as well.
There are so many other ways to use Argan Oil, and the best thing about it is that it can be used in its natural form - it does not need to be in a form of lotions or creams. Spread the love of Argan Oil and let it transform the way you treat your skin and hair!
For skin: Apply Argan Oil after shower, when the skin is damp. This is the time when your pores are open and soft, making it ideal for the oil to work its way into the skin. A small amount of water on skin facilitates in spreading the oil evenly, leaving the skin hydrated and thoroughly moisturised without leaving a thick layer of oil. Water will neither dilute nor affect the quality of the oil.
For hair: Place a few drops of oil onto your palm and apply it thoroughly onto dry hair, focusing on the ends. Applying on dry hair allows you to gauge how much oil you need without leaving the hair looking too greasy. You may also apply 1-2 drops onto the scalp and rub it in with your fingers if you are experiencing hairfall - this is best done after shower. Use a wooden bristle hair brush after application to help distribute both the oil and your hair’s natural oils around your hair, scalp and follicles to stimulate blood flow and help promote healthy hair growth. Argan Oil is suitable for both men and women.
For nails: Nail polish contain nasty and harmful chemicals, all of which are absorbed through the nail bed and into the body. Overtime, this causes the nails to crack and discolour due to the erosion of the protective layer. Dry cuticles are no fun either, and unless they are frequently moisturised, it can cause issues such as hang nails and excess skin on the nail bed. Argan Oil is bursting with Vitamin E and is absorbed quickly into the nail bed and cuticles to help them retain their shine and repair damage. Place 1-2 drops on cuticles and nails and let it rest for 5 minutes. Wipe off excess.
For lips: Argan Oil works best as a natural lip moisturiser. With weather conditions we face daily, lips are prone to dryness and cracking. Argabody's Argan Oil comes in a handy compact bottle that is strong and convenient to carry and apply when your lips need a little extra kick of moisture. If you would like to go for a deeper exfoliation, mix some organic sugar with Argan Oil to make a luscious (and yummy) lip scrub that will leave you puckered up in no time.
